His career began in cell phone repair and sales before expanding into gaming, technology development, and company building. As the owner of ParTay Studios, Travis leads the development of open-world gaming concepts, private-server operations, and long-term monetization strategies. He has also created employment opportunities within the gaming industry and raised funds to help local schools establish esports programs.

As CEO of VOS by ParTay, Travis establishes the company’s strategic direction and ensures its vision, mission, and core values guide every product, partnership, and customer experience. He keeps the leadership team aligned, sets company priorities, establishes accountability, and ensures decisions are translated into measurable results.

VOS grew from technology originally developed to improve efficiency within ParTay Studios. Travis recognized that the same underlying challenge extended far beyond one company: business owners were spending too much time coordinating disconnected systems and managing repetitive daily work. That insight helped shape VOS around a clear purpose—making technology work around people so they can devote more attention to customers, opportunities, and revenue-generating decisions.

Jordan Parker is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of VOS by ParTay, where he leads the vision, strategy, and product direction for VOS Core—a governed control layer designed to coordinate artificial intelligence, automation, business systems, and human teams without surrendering accountability.

His work centers on a practical product question: how should technology organize itself around people and the work that matters to them? At VOS, that means shaping an experience in which people can request work naturally while identity, policy, approval, validation, evidence, and recovery remain explicit. It also means ensuring that models, agents, and integrations can evolve without forcing customers to rebuild the operating controls beneath them.

Jordan’s background spans technology, systems engineering, business development, sales and account leadership, entrepreneurship, and company building. Across ParTay’s custom development, hosting, gaming, and interactive initiatives, he has learned to evaluate products from several perspectives at once: the customer’s need, the user’s experience, the technical system, and the commercial path that makes the product sustainable.

As CPO, Jordan is responsible for turning those perspectives into a coherent product direction—deciding what VOS should become, which problems it should solve next, how its components should fit together, and whether the underlying architecture can support a reusable product rather than another one-off automation. He works at the intersection of product vision and technical execution, keeping human authority and measurable operational value at the center of the roadmap.

His focus is simple: build technology people do not just use, but experiences they want to be part of.

Bryan Taylor is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of VOS by ParTay. His role focuses on the technical direction beneath VOS Core and the implementation choices required to support governed orchestration across changing systems.

Bryan helps translate the product’s control principles into a technical foundation that can evolve without losing accountability. His work keeps identity, policy, validation, evidence, and recovery connected to the architecture rather than treated as afterthoughts.

Richard Parker Sr. is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of VOS by ParTay, bringing more than 30 years of executive leadership, strategic operations, and enterprise transformation experience across aerospace, defense, energy, and advanced manufacturing.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Richard leads long-term corporate strategy, business-model optimization, market development, and operational scaling. His role is to align the company’s capabilities, resources, and growth initiatives around a clear strategic direction—turning opportunity into executable plans that create sustainable competitive advantage and long-term value.

Richard’s career includes senior P&L and operational leadership roles with major industrial enterprises, including Vice President of Operations at AXON Energy Products, Vice President and General Manager of the L3 AMI Division at L3Harris Technologies, and Director of Programs and Technical Operations at Armtec Defense Technologies. He has managed business units with revenues exceeding $200 million, directed complex multi-site manufacturing operations, and led cross-functional organizations of up to 250 people.

His expertise includes operational turnarounds, growth strategy, supply-chain transformation, risk mitigation, and performance improvement. He has developed proposal and capture strategies that secured more than $170 million in competitive defense contracts, stabilized distressed high-value programs, improved profitability, and restructured operations in complex financial and competitive environments.

At VOS, Richard applies that experience to identifying high-value opportunities, translating strategy into scalable operating models, and ensuring growth is supported by disciplined execution. His approach combines strategic vision with rigorous financial and operational analysis, Lean Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and performance management to turn long-term direction into measurable results.

Chase Decuir is an early member of the VOS by ParTay team working across strategic partnerships and human resources. Her role sits where company relationships, team development, and responsible organizational growth meet.

Chase helps VOS think deliberately about the people involved in building the company and the partners who can strengthen its direction. Her focus supports a company culture and relationship network aligned with the human-centered principles behind VOS.
